Georgia Carr and Susan MacFarlane have taught meditation and worked as counsellors for over 25 years and have also shared a life-long passion for dogs.

Seeking answers and totally frustrated by the traditional, controlling and painful ways of training dogs and trying to solve their 'problematic' behaviour, they finally discovered Jan Fennell through her amazing program on the ABC. Her way of relating to dogs was a revelation and totally changed their thinking, and at last gave answers to the cause of the terrible problems they were having with their own dogs.

They proceeded to complete their training in Advanced Canine Communication with Jan Fennell and both hold advanced certificates in Canine Communication.

In the past Georgia and Susan had some deeply painful experiences with their own dogs, with tragic results. Through studying this practical method and canine language they had the knowledge and confidence to get a puppy again. They were so relieved to see the dramatically positive results – a very cooperative, happy and easy going dog they can trust in any situation!

Having the tools to deal with any of the many challenges of raising a puppy or homing a rescued dog is absolutely liberating. Susan and Georgia are passionate about helping others to avoid the pitfalls of owning a dog, and in helping to address the many problems that can so easily arise even when you love your dog(s) and are doing your best.

The team at K9 Heart to Heart are delighted to be able to bring all their human skills and depth of understanding of the canine language and behaviour to help other dog lovers in their relationships with their dogs, address the issues directly - helping create happy and relaxed dogs, and households.
